    My brother got a salesman in trouble.lol

    he was trading his maxima in and ordering a 2016 tundra, They looked at his maxima and gave him a quote. I think 3 days later the sales guy said they lost the report from when they looked at it and would have to start all over. Few minutes later the same guy said they can’t miss place this info because they have an electronic report of it and can look at it on the computer or phones. So my brother caught him lying, after my brother walked out the door he posted on the dealers Facebook page. The next day he was on the phone with the owner of the dealer and the owner made everything right.
