    He'd dress up as Santa, his biker buddies would all dress up as elves and they'd go on these toy runs to give toys to kids who might otherwise not get anything for Christmas. He can't ride anymore due to bad hands (was a glazier his whole career).

    Now he does it for his grandkids every year.
