    Santa tip for all parents...
Never let Santa bring the biggest/most wanted gift. That one should come from the you/parents, santa gets you a few toys, some socks and underwear;). Never let santa be the hero.

Yep!!! While our daughter and grandson were here we bought him a Toy Story push car. Thing made so many different noises it drove our daughter crazy! Mission accomplished! Since its too big to ship we left it here. About every third day, one of us will record one of the noises/songs and send it to our daughter in a text! :anonymous:

He's a really cool guy! My wife and his wife went to high school together and are still best friends. They recently moved to Oregon to be closer to their autistic grandson. The relationship he and this kid have is awesome to watch. They both light up when they see each other! When they all lived in N. Ca and after he retired he would take and pick him up from school and they'd hang out while his parents worked. They did everything together. When the grandkid moved they were both crushed so they followed the kids and grandkids up there.

@JaCado your thoughts on Silverwood Lake in Hesperia.
Open and looks promising. They have trout, bass, crappie, catfish and bluegill. :cookiemonster:

Stripers and cats mostly. Has bad algae blooms (like tall slime grass). Pending on where you park, it can be a long walk to the lake. Truly imho, not worth fishing. Lower elevations, it's hot AF! And the trash piles in some area are just disgusting and deplorable.
