    Indeed. I have a feeling it will sit on the market until the tenant is out. Even had we signed I would have been extremely concerned at what the tenant felt was his to leave with (like the fencing itself). They're not selling that house anytime soon.

    Cold doesn't bother us much but that far north actually isn't as bad as about 100 miles south surprisingly enough.

    @Twizted works from home so internet/cellular with at minimum 5 acres, preferably 10+ is our only requirements. House? Bedrooms? On grid or off grid can all be changed and worked on down the road.

    You'd think it would be easier than it is :(
