Momma bird will be happy, I rescued her egg that fell out of the nest with a measuring spoon thing so I didn’t touch it. Then she gonna be mad cause the one was sleeping and I woke it.

The only way I would turn them in would be if they hit a kid or something like that. If they hit a grownup or their vehicle...that's grownup problems so who cares.
