I played with pew pewz last night cuz all the booms. Made it easy to get away with. Chooted in back yard.

Two single zone 12k btu heat and air.
Mmulti zone would be more expensive,

Not good, terrible, horrible, and other negative words. But that is life sometimes. Just riding it out till the shitty times are in my rear view.

Ah okay. I may look at a multi zone only because the rooms we'd worry about cooling would be the bedroom and the office which would be directly above. I'll have to do some research and think about it. I'm sure we'll suffer maybe this first season while we focus on more important upgrades.

I may come asking more questions in the future

 

Actually one unit would be enough for the whole house in hottest summer temps. When temps drop below freezing both running is adequate but I really like my wood stoves radiant heat
vs air blowing indoors in winter.
Cool breeze in summer is good though

We'll use the wood stoves for heating in the winter so we'd only be using this for AC.
