    I'm blessed, I don't try to stay at the weight I'm at, I eat like crap. I did slow down my soda intake about a year ago and that helped me. The most I've ever weighed is 168. I did quit drinking alcohol 8+ years ago and that helped a little as well. Our kids eat more than I do, that's the truth. Our son is 8 and eats like a horse, if he takes his shirt off his ribs show. Poor guy.

    The Genes are good. :cheers: That was my youth. I just let the metabolism slip.


    We gave up most of fast food after seeing Super Size Me. It is now a rare treat for me (few times per year). I haven't drank soda after I figured out the sweeteners (reg or diet) were giving me headaches or stomach cramps, esp when used as a mixer. :confused: I always liked seltzer better anyway.

    I do enjoy fatty foods though.

    I 100% know that my issue is just a desk job and not much activity otherwise.
