    We had supper earlier and now I'm doing what I've practiced my whole life for; laying on my fat ass. The rain stopped and get this...high of 78° tomorrow. Still a good chance of rain but who cares, right?

    Top level ATA trap shooters (the ones that win most of the money) easily shoot 100k shells a year.
    I should think some elite skeet shooters shoot that many as well.
    At one time I was shooting 10k a year, and never could compete with them.

    All the shells shot by those guys are nothing compared to the quantity of shells shot in Dove season.
    Mostly the cheap promo loads.

    It's just as well that doves are so hard to hit. :rolleyes:

    You guys that dove hunt...ever been sprinkled by shot?
