afe intake, urd spec u headers, urd y pipe, 76mm throttle body, kelford camshaft, trd supercharger, urd cam gear, urd thermostat, ucon ems, NST pullies, ipt valve body, stoptech disc brake 323mm front, sos rear disc conversion
I'm trying to change to the kelford washers and springs. I was able to change one spring. I started to compress the next spring with Athlaos homemade compressor.., but the valve is moving also. I can't get the valve keeper loose. Should I just get a tool to remove valves keepers from our engine, I can use Athlaos tool the put the kelford springs in.

Pull spark plug, make adapter to hook to air compressor and put 50 psi or so in the cylinder.

Last time I did this was on a different engine. Not sure how similar it is. Method used was

compressor air up to 90-100psi in cyl to keep valve up.

generic spring compressor tool to compress the spring down.

long small magnet tool to grab the keepers off.

install was reverse of removal except I used a pick tool with red grease on the end to hold onto the keeper. And sneak it into position. Have to be careful not to drop it anywhere. That would be a bad situation of dropping a keeper where it shouldn’t be, and losing a part that you need to get the engine back together.

I just tapped the compressor bucket with a 3/16 punch when I had it compress a little. The retainers just popped out

Took all the screws off the intake camshaft. I can not get the I1R bracket off? What am I missing here?
