Whats Better Stock or Aftermarket intake

thanks i love3 the dual exhaust....is it just bolt on.....cai i think i ssafe enough from water.....and aem seems to be the loudest or one of from the polls....i may go with the polished one, but looks great. thanks again what teh full ysystem run ya and where from?
