when i first saw a setup like that with the rack over the top of the bed i thought it was a horrible waste of space, and got thinking that going camping, or basicly anything outdoors minus dirtbiking i hardly ever have stuff going very far over the top rail of the bed, and quickly realized just how awesome that type of setup is (the one in the first couple of pictures) and also how bad ass it looks! Thats a beautiful trail rig!!! very nice!

As for me... this is what I have, only now there's a tire iron under the bungees on top of the shovel. The rubbermaid holds jumper cables, recovery strap, a few quarts of oil, some tranny fluid, flares, toilet paper, bungee cords and some zip ties

They're 20mm boxes. I used to have the same setup in my bed, but now I just throw em in whenever I need em.

I'd call around first. I found them on the third try...called ahead and they only had 3 or 4 in stock. The guys said that they were going fast because people with trucks use them as storage...what assholes!

The surplus store around here has incredibly tiny ammo cans. I don't even know how they would have been used to be honest.
