OP, I think you'll like mine...

I got 4 six packs of beer. I do "rotation" so half of each as follows:

Abita Fall, Abita Citrus, Abita Mardi Gras and Bayou Tech "LA 31"

    Food wise I have:

1 gallon of homemade chicken stock (for soups)

I have a roast chicken (lunch for work). It's good enough for three meals

Onion Rice (done from scratch). I cooked two cups, there is less than that now...

Two large pork ribs, cooked medium, and rubbed with my own homemade dry rub.

I have 1lb of beef for a stew and 4 pork chops. Both uncooked.

3.5 lbs of potato out of a 5lb bag.

Some organic butter. 1 qt of cream for my coffee, and 4 links of Irish bangers.

Carrots, celery, apples and some peppers.

I also keep some: fish oil, wheat germ oil, cod liver oil, coconut vinegar and various fresh animal shortening like lard, chicken fat and tallow for cooking.

In the freezer I have: A pizza I just bought tonight a local pizzeria, for Friday's lunch. 2lbs grass fed beef, again for a stew or chili.

3 lbs of various organic breads, I use them for quick breakfast, or a quick pick me up for PB sandwiches before running and TWO glass beer mugs.

Yeah, I think that's it!

I'm from Tampa, but I did live in NOLA (Uptown, right off Carrollton & St. Charles) for 9 months. Three things I miss: LA beer, Chalmette women in the sack and Meches Donuts in Lafayette/Breaux Bridge.

I tried the Cov berry... Didn't like it...
