So over my time here( on Tacoma World), I have been looking at all the posts and doing research as the time to upgrade Shocks/ Suspension has long since passed. So even though I know this may get drowned out over and over again. What is your recommendation?

You need to give goals if you want reasonable answers, including budget.

Your profile says 2013. Your post is in the 3rd gen or '16+ forum. Which is it you are working on?

And we have an actual suspension forum as well that should be helpful.

The most common recommendation and most sensible is to do nothing. The least common recommendation and the most badass is a SAS swap.

What have you read about so far? Not much has changed in the last 10 years for recommendations.

I'd say 5100's is the most commonly suggested.

You'll get different recommendations from folks based on what they use their rig for. So it all depends what you use YOURS for. You'll see Bilstein 5100s mentioned a lot - its a better solution than a spacer lift and is a decent, affordable upgrade. You can get a couple inches with the 5100s alone on a different notch, or pair them with some different coils. (ex: Old Man Emu 885s if you have no extra weight up front). You'll also hear different opinions on UCAs, but I personally would upgrade them if its in the budget. Otherwise I would stay below 3" or so. If you're 2WD, I would do spindles every time and rock the factory UCAs. I had them on my 2nd gen and loved them. For the rear you have blocks, add-a-leaf, or an entire new leaf pack (ex: Dakars). Again depends on what you need, if you have extra weight, how much travel you need, etc. I ran a single add a leaf with 5100s for years and never had issues.

Nothing lasts forever. Shocks do have to be replaced.

I’ve enjoyed the Bilstein 5100’s. I do light-medium trails and they have served me very well without breaking the bank.

I’m not sure why you quoted me in this post.
