Might be getting a new work truck soon so when that time comes I will need to sell my current one. So what's it worth?

    One owner
    2007 Tacoma CC TRD 4x4 V6 auto
    Silver exterior, gray cloth interior
    Bought new in spring 2007
    321,000 miles
Has a few dents and more scratches than you can count
Has seen plenty of muddy roads
    Towing package
    Rear diff lock
All pro hybrid winch bumper (winch not included)
    Toolbox pictured not included
    Adjustable front bilstein shocks

Within last year to year and a half I have replaced:

    Front driveshaft
Rear driveshaft ujoints and carrier bearing
    Front cv shafts (both)
New upper and lower a-arms (both sides-stock)
    New shocks rear-bilsteins
New rear springs-wheelers offroad HD springs
    New front wheel bearings (both)
    New front brakes-rotors and pads
    New water pump
    New belt
    New coolant hoses
    New radiator
    New blower motor
    New alternator

Interior still in good shape, with the exception of some stains on the drivers carpet
    No smoking

Has never had the check engine light on

Runs great, small hesitation around 2500rpm-this would be fixed before selling

Used, not abused, always serviced, have full service records

So what do you think it's worth?

For work only? Get it as low as possible. At least you'll have a maintenance history

Little known fact about Tacomas... After a certain mileage (usually about 298k) they actually start GAINING value.

Most people wouldn't buy a truck with that many miles. It will have to be priced very low to sell. I threw out 5500 as the most I'd give, but that's because I know it still has some miles left in it. If I was trying to sell it to Joe blow on craigslist, I'd probably have to price it under $4k to expect any bites.

    That's funny.

KBB and Edmonds show that you should be able to get somewhere between 10-12k.

Jesus Christ, it does. Apparently you could get 11,450 for that truck. What are they going for on your local trader and the list?

I'd go to Carmax and see what they will give you. Carmax will buy cars, even if you dont buy a car from them. Then you know where to start

Thats what I did with my high mileage 4runner before I sold it.

This makes no sense, you understand that I will be selling the truck and not purchasing it right?

Carmax is a good idea. Don't let them buy your truck in the end but like the other poster said you will have a starting point. I would say add about 20% to their offer and list it for no less than that.

I would give you $8000. Sorry, no more with the auto.
