I won't get rid of my Tacoma for some time, but this might be my daily driver eventually.

This is a hard one. I already have a street bike, and I have a fast truck. I think I would end up taking my truck payment and put it towards a house.

I usually trade into a new vehicle every two years so tradition says dump the Tacoma now. I want to stay with a truck for utility purposes but the new mid size offerings from Chevy/GMC aren't game changers.

I might be tempted if the new Tacoma is similar in size and gets a large improvement in fuel efficiency but I'm not big into beta testing a new motor when our 4.0 is proven bulletproof.

I hate to sit on a vehicle so long that it has no trade in value. Nothing like going to buy a new car and having to lose a chunk of savings on a down payment to lower monthly costs but logic would dictate I pay off the truck asap then throw what was the monthly payment into a savings account specifically for the next vehicle. I realize the money I lose on buying new and trading so often but it just feels like a perpetual 10k loan rather than emptying a 20k account at once.

I'd love to see how the new mustang gt drives but its just not practical right now.

Been there, done that. I've blown way too much $$ on vehicles in the recent past, time to spend time and money on more important things. I have my '13 Tacoma, my wife has a '12 Honda Civic, and I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler X that is just for putzing around in. I don't need any other vehicles for a good long time. I've even considered selling the Wrangler and using the cash for some other purpose. There's just the two of us, don't really need three vehicles.

Same here. Wife and I ditched a VW GTI and Chevy Blazer ZR1 for the Taco and a Honda Fit several years back. We recently bought a new Subaru Outback as a traveling/weekend vehicle. All manual trans, no frills vehicles, and so far pretty darn reliable even at high mileage. That's all that matters to me anymore.

Taco's going nowhere for a while since I average 3,000 miles a year and I plan on keeping it till the frame rusts through. I'm looking for a 2011-2012 ( or maybe a 2013-2014 if I can't find a 2011-2012) low mileage Mustang GT, six speed Black,Silver or White. I was waiting to see the new 2015's, but when I seen one in person they're fugly IMO. Also the 2015 was supposed to have significant weight reductions, but it weighs the same.

4Runner TRD Pro or 2nd gen Ridgeline or 3rd gen Tacoma... the last two I'll have to wait to see it in person before I make my final decision

BTW wouldn't mind a low mileage IS-F

Well, considering how much I miss my WRX from time to time after the Taco is paid off I plan to buy a 2011 STi Sedan as a toy and use the Taco as a toy tower and DD.

Sad thing is, I already know what I will do to the STi when I get her. 500+ AWHP Street Legal Beast

Or maybe my other dream project sleeper... 2002 - 2005 IS300 with a Supra 6-Speed swap and a couple of big a$$ turbos

Not totally sure yet I guess.
