My Tacoma is a great truck and I plan on doing some more stuff to it, but I'm not a third gen fan at all and the Tundra is too bigly and dated feeling for my liking.

In the next couple years or less, I'm thinking of a Silverado with a 6 inch lift. I'm not into the overland/truck camping stuff at all so I'm not too worried about that stuff. I just like trucks.

    How about y'all?

    Just like this:

Currently either a Silverado or Sierra. I prefer the looks of the sierra, but times may change.

I go back and forth between the two. The most annoying part about shopping for them is that sellers don't get the difference between the crew cab and extended cab so you kinda have to pick them out by hand.

What do you think about the 2019s? I'd say the Sierra is certainly less weird looking, but that's not saying a whole lot.

Ford Raptor would be the only thing I would move into if I had unlimited funds. That's mostly from a practical point of view I suppose. Aside from looks, there would be no point to getting either the Chevy or the Sierra. But then again, if you want a lift and that particular wheel/tire combo frickin go for it. It would be cheaper that's for sure.

Next gen taco for me. Just hoping they learn from their competitors in the segment and make their next taco to above and beyond. I love my current truck and have really no complaints but here’s to hoping they nail the next gen.

Depends... If my S-10 ever dies, I'll probably get a regular cab 2wd Tacoma or Silverado regular cab. (2014-2018)

If my Tacoma went, I'd probably get a 3rd Gen. My wife says I should get a Tundra next if they get them a little less thirsty but I don't feel like parking that behemoth even though they are nice looking and bulletproof when it comes to reliability.

id want the double cab as I need at least a 6' bed.I have ridden in the back seat of a 17' silverado and it was quite roomy. The double cab is still larger then the Taco's back seat though.
Havent really looked at the 19's as new is a bit above my price range.

Probably a full-size. Better MPG, towing capacity, and interior space

Crazy concept. I love my Taco, but how can you turn that down?

Aside from reliability (Which is very valid). There really are no benefits to a Tacoma. Over the next 4-5 years I'll probably truggy the Tacoma and use only for wheeling/camping. Then a full-size or fast car for DD

I loved my Tacoma and had it for 16 years with zero issues, other than being too small. I upgraded to a Tundra. Awesome truck - lots of room

Nice looking Tundra. From that angle, and those six spoke wheels, and maybe because of the white paint. Kind of made me think it was a Ridgeline, even though I knew damn well it was a Tundra.

Maybe some Ray-10s and a more aggressive looking tire would change that.

    Still a nice looking truck.

Honestly, yeah. That and better offroad capability, being smaller makes it easier for hunting rig use.

    I'm 16, and I have a 2008 TRD Off Road. I'm planning on buying a 2023 TRD Sport Tacoma.

Ranger Raptor if it comes to the states. If not, a low mileage 17 Pro in Cement.

Wow, I would have to agree the Ranger Raptors really do look good.
