Eggs are my go-to food. I have more ways to eat them than Bubba had for shrimp. None of that dehydrated crap either. I've actually been amazed at how a dozen eggs in those styrofoam containers can hold up being bounced around in an ice chest all day. I've had a few get cracked but hey, saves me the trouble. They cook fast over a Coleman stove too. I scramble some up with bacon or sausage, lavish on a generous amount of Pace picante sauce and shredded cheese and I'm good to go. Wrap the leftovers in a tortilla and foil for lunch. Supper is even easier. Fill a dixie cup with ice. Add Tito's vodka to taste and kick back by the fire. Good times.
