hey guys, im making another tread about wheel spacers, im torn between what size i need and what would be best for my truck look and quality. Ive heard all kinds of things about them being too big and ruining the tires and rubbing the body mount. my 285/5/16 km'2 are sitiing not even and inch between the tire and the UCA's so i have to get wheel spacers. i think that i only need a lil bit so im think either and 1'' or 1.25''. Ive heard the 1.25'' spidertraxx spacers are really good. However, ive already ordered four 1.5'' inch spacers for my truck and currnetly awaiting them to come in. Im scared there going to be to big. And i dont want my tires to stick out past the fenders thats the main reason i want a smaller size spacer. how far will 1.5'' spacers make my tires stick out past the fenders? what do you guys think? thanks

no too bad with the 1 1/2"maybe 3/4 of an inch outside the flares. i had 1 1/4 on my 07 with 305/70/16 and they stuck out about the same.
i hope you didn't go for the cheapies on e bay.
my buddie bought them and has already broken a stud(not hardened).
go with spidertrax or trail-gear.com the ones from trail-gear.com come with grade 8 studs and grade 10.5 nuts for $79 a pair

spider trax or trail-gear.com ones are both very good ive run the trail-gear ones on my 07 without any problems so i ordered the same ones for my 09
150 is around the same as what i paid for the set. just check on the specs to see what they are assembled from
