One of those auto dust mops sprayed with endust works for me. The dirtier they get the better they work.

No, I wouldn't touch Armoral with a 10 foot pole. I do have AS303 for UV protection, but that goes on after getting rid of the pollen, don't want to pack them in.

I did try to use my Milwaukee M18 vac with the brush head, seems work well.

    Thanks fellas.

How in the world do you get that much dust/pollen on the inside of your truck? Do you constantly drive with the window down? Do you leave them down when it's parked?

I have never had that much dust/pollen in my truck.

i bought a mini shop vac after getting pissed off at the terrible cigarette lighter powered vacuum i got for xmas. it just didn't have enough suction to do anything. this thing is perfect. has enough power to suck out all the debris in the exterior hvac vents as well. no more musty smell when using a/c!

Microfiber cloth or dust glove every day, takes less than 30 seconds to clear the dash and console

Welcome to the Mid fricken west during the blooming season. That was 3 hours at a barbecue party by the national forest lake.

Welcome to New England during pollen season. 3 days ago the afternoon release happened just before a heavy downpour. The streets were lined with yellow as everything evaporated.

Ahhhh. I gotcha. Well, I occasionally use a damp rag to wipe down my dashboard and leather interior, just to tidy up the truck. But when I have it detailed, they use a leather cleaner and armorall for the dash.

Lots of poor information out there and in here about interior cleaning.

Get a real shop vac, such as Rigid:

    https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-...-Filter-Hose-and-Accessories-WD4070/202077241

    Get the auto detailing kit:

    https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-...-RIDGID-Wet-Dry-Shop-Vacuums-VT2534/100638355

I'd recommend a small interior detailing brush to brush the dust out of the nooks and crannies. Then vacuum the entire truck. If you have an air compressor and a blow gun, use this too. Amazing how much dust a blow gun will disrupt, especially with dogs.

Next you want to clean the interior, then you want to protect it. You can use all purpose cleaner diluted as a cleaner. I do a light wipe down using a cleaner, a little harder scrub for surfaces I touch, such as steering wheel, center console lid, door arm rest, etc. Then you follow up with a protectant with UV protection, such as 303. 32oz of this stuff will last a LONG time.

    https://www.amazon.com/303-30306-Ae...erospace+protectant,automotive,58&sr=1-3&th=1

    Clean the windows last.

A clean microfiber towel is good for that type of stuff. Other towels, such as window rags, wafflewave rags, and drying rags, don't collect dust as much. Spray a ton of all-purpose cleaner on the surface before wiping it with the microfiber towel. The wetter the better. Afterwards go ahead and use whatever you want on the dash and other plastic/rubber components inside. Make sure to take proper care of the rubber parts inside or else over time they'll melt when it gets hot. Luckily these interiors are made of cheap plastics. I only use scotch-brite pads for the interior of my truck.

Swiffer duster is best and is really easy. No need to bring a vacuum out, just use the duster. Throw away the old duster cloth and keep a fresh one in the truck for whenever you need it. So easy and quick.

I am a big fan of a damp rag or microfiber. Cleans everything up nicely and doesn’t leave an odor or residue
