    Not sure of the "best", but I use Valvoline 0w-20. It's cheap, easily sourced and changed every 2500-3000 miles. Mobil 1 was my go to for filters and oil for decades, but they've gone downhill imo.

    People hate on it Supertech is OK in my book. My wife's Chevy Venture was fed a steady diet of Supertech synthetic every 7-10,000 miles and when we traded it in at 240,000 miles it still ran like a top. It burned maybe a quart of oil every 5,000 miles but it never skipped a beat.

    Just make sure whatever oil additive some choose to use, its not a zinc one, unless you have a contract to kill your catalytic converters.
