A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
It's a truck not a Cadillac so who cares about the ride quality. Lift that shit and feel all the bumps on the road.

Yeah why is everyone holding a TRUCK to the same level of comfort as a CAR. They're just too different in suspensions too be able to compare. These trucks are known for harsh rides. It was noted by every car review including Edmunds and Consumer Report.

So lift that mother f**ker and be happy you did! From what I hear OME designs their suspensions to be quite comfortable

Thanks for all the replys guys, I came from a coil front and rear 3rd gen 4runner stock it rode ok but after ome lift it road very good (better than stock). This is my first truck and a cross between the front struts blown, stock rear leaf pack and 3 inch body lift it rides horrible, I mean I hit a pot hole and the truck crab walks from the hard impact and vibration. Its gotta improve some for me to keep this truck because its just harsh on me haha. Iv heard both as stock suspension on these trucks suck, and stock rides best. But looking at tiny stock bilistien shocks out back I feel a good coil and nice bigger shocks will help me a little

Another thing that's weird is my 4runner didn't shimmy or shake at all driving down the road , I kept my wheels and tires off it and put them on the truck , and it acts like the tires are unbalanced? At about 70mph it smooths out but from about 45-65 the truck shakes I checked and none of my wheel weights fell off or anything I'm daily driving this truck in about 2 weeks because I'm selling my Camry so id like to make it s little more bearable or I'm going to trade it for another 4runner :-(

It sounds like your truck just has a lot of wear and tear leading to other issues. Replace the whole thing in my opinion. New coilovers, rear leafs, and nice rear shocks. While you're at it get your ball joints, alignment, and wheel balance checked. Sometimes the wheels can become off balance throughout the tire's life.
