    Just bought my truck it have a huge rattling noise coming from the back of the head any advise?

    Don't know exactly the noise you're hearing but give the exhaust manifold a check for cracks. They are prone to cracks/splitting and that will cause a good tick or rattle. Does it go away when warm?
