    Nothing wrong with wanting better fuel economy in a truck. I get around 20 and am amazed. I came from about 11 MPG, though, so my bar might be low.

    I had a power rear window on my last truck that I used constantly. It's really more about being able to close it while driving than opening it.

    I had to go check out the definition of a spool valve. Very interesting. Considering its been used in Formula 1 and on some high end Mercs and Astons, they have some history behind them. It'll be interesting to see how performance on such a large scale fares and maintenance / cost of repairs or rebuilds shakes out.

    Oh yes, I've read tons on the Hilux but it is also a crude and smaller truck. It has also fallen behind the global Ford in virtually every comparison test. One thing it does have that we are missing is bulletproof reliability. Those things last forever and I would love to have that again. We have such a limited offering of midsize trucks compared to the rest of the world.
