I think this is the most weight I've hauled so far.

It's the start of Memorial Day weekend and the icemaker at work can't keep up with demand...

~600 pounds of red mulch! Truck was squatting a little but not too bad. 30 bags in total. The most I’ve hauled it 40 at once.

Also just picked up this new 20 foot sundowner trailer. Track days are coming soon, and pictures of me hauling cars.

By far the most I've done. About 6,000 lbs between the machine and trailer, according to the rental place. So under the tow rating but I would not want to go very far with something this heavy behind a V6. Fortunately only had to move it about 15 miles.

No, just wasn't big enough for me. And I really like the Aussie style Utes.
So I made a 6x8 flatbed. Still a work in progress, but usable right now.

I got hit by a drunk driver almost 3 years ago...

If the damage had been any worse, I might have done what you've done!

    Ouch!
You would probably want sides for the type of stuff you carry...They are on my list to-do but not very high priority. Can't just throw tools or boxes/bags in the back and not tie them down.Tool boxes are on my list.

My biggest complaint with the Tacoma is the lack of capacity compared to the Hiluxs overseas.

My biggest complaint about the Tacoma is that base models still don't come with intermittent windshield wipers!
