64201905444__D93B4202-F632-450B-A925-4FEE885832A6.jpg I towed an equipment trailer 800miles with a grand piano on it.

edit: it was a well worn bar piano I traded an electronic keyboard for. It is a Baldwin, a good brand, and plays great, but cosmetically it is not great.

I wasn’t going to pay someone $2500 to move it, so I borrowed the trailer, had a piano mover put it on an old mattress, and then drove it to its new home. A piano mover unloaded it for $200.

A honda super box fits wonderfully in a short bed:thumbsup:

For context these boxes are what honda ships rather large items through your normal shipping carriers (FedEx or UPS. Normally fedex) they contain anything from headliners to whole sheet metal roof skins to full exhuast system. This particular one had an exhuast. We actually have to send these back to honda so they can reuse them. Not super cool or flashy. I just thought it was interesting and looked funny given proportions

Took a chance on it and it blew me away how well this towed. I’ve always been in the “tacomas are good for <5k” camp, but airbags in the back are a game changer. It certainly wasn’t a rocket ship, but more importantly it was drama free and stopped really well.

Tractor is right around 4200 with the tires filled and the box blade. Mower is around 400. Trailer is 2k on the nuts last time I did a dump run. Had a cooler and some camp stuff in the bed and 4 people in the cab. Definitely overloaded, but never once felt sketchy.

Boss man let me borrow the 30' Genie lift for work on mum's roof. 6200# and ~90miles each way.
I should've taken pictures. It hauled well, but the hills of Southern-Central Maine necessitated keeping her in 3rd or 4th gear.

Back in 2018-2019, I acquired a large aquarium from a friend and bought a lot of stuff for it, then ended up not using it. My girlfriend @Stitchgirl90's roommate wants a fish tank, and I want this stuff gone, so she's getting it...

I destroyed the old (already damaged) 75-gallon tank with Lucille, and the same neighbor who helped bring it up helped bring it down to my truck; I backed up to the apartment complex's dumpster, and offloading was very easy...

Yes, and I really don't like going to Sullivan's, because I almost got nailed by a dump truck in almost the exact same spot as the pipe incident!

My mistake; you win this thread dude. I have zero chance of keeping up with your diversified hauls! IIRC didn't some terrible stuff happen to one of your rigs in a scrap yard - or am I thinking of another member?

That was me, and it's the only truck I've ever owned; $3,000 in damage which included replacing the passenger door! The scrapyard's insurance company paid for everything. One of the more interesting loads I've had is about ten grand worth of liquor for the bar where I used to work!

My parents bought a table and chairs for the screened-in porch, and my dad borrowed my truck to pick them up. He sent me these pictures at my request...

My last truck was a 2006 4 Cylinder 2 wheel drive. I bought it along with a little John boat from my dad. Towed the boat/Trailer with the tiny little trailer wheels from Chicago to Los Angeles in July. Pumped the trailer hubs full of grease at every gas stop.
