Put a nearly 1 ton pallet of food in my truck couple days ago... She was definitely a squatting dog, but I didn't have to go far and the truck took it like a champ!

If my front tires were to come off the ground 4 feet, I probably wouldn't even have a bed left... Just try and imagine where 4 feet is.

I had about a ton of topsoil in the bed in this pic (post TSB).

Only about 500lbs of dirtbikes and gear. Even that makes the horrible stock springs sag a lot.

I have only seen one truck stand up when weight was thrown on a trailer, but that doesn't mean it's not possible elsewhere. Those bobcats are damn heavy and our tucks are one of the lighter trucks on the road... So I can see it lifting up and then settling back down as the load moves further up the trailer. I personally wouldn't do it, but if you gotta move shit you gotta move it! I just had to call you out on the 4 feet thing haha :D

I'd be seriously concerned about frame damage in that situation. That's a sh*t load of tongue weight for these light duty trucks--you're talking SuperDuty weight...

I did this today with 1 big scoop of mulch from a front end loader. The fella at the scale said I weighed 5400lbs. I got the TSB a week ago thankfully.

The dealer said that my truck doesn't qualify for the tsb (2010 trd sport extra cab with 3 leafs), and I already put 600 lb and the rubber stops were almost touching the chassis. Next week I need to get a lot of tile and the dealer is on the way, how much weight should I be able to put on the truck without touching the stops ??? I would like to show the dealer, but I don't want the stupid Manager to tell me " oh is suppost to bottom with 700lb".

    Thanks

    none so far!
1/2 a cord of firewood just a couple weeks ago. It was nuts how much that thing lowered when they put the pallet on the back!

I'm not sure how much weight it was, but at least 1500lbs I'm guessing.

How much do full CO2 tanks weigh? I'm talking about the tall skinny ones that are about 4 or 5 feet tall

I do three of those once a month. Not much but it's something!
