I agree, toyota and Lexus suck donkey balls in that aspect, lexus wants $300 to update wives rx350:bananadead:
How does one remove the card? I can see where it's at, but how do I pop the cover?
If I have 184 I'm willing to upload raw data to have someone deal with it

Just pop off the left side. Should be a very small indent on the left side of the SD slot to get a fingernail or something under... The small cover is held by a tether on the right side. Then just push in the micro SD card to pop it out (spring loaded). May have to get a pair of tweezers or needle nose pliers to grab it, once it's free.

On my truck I find it easiest to PUSH on the right edge of the cover and the left side pops out.

Then rotate the cover clockwise out of the way.

Oh, I forgot. So US$0.99 is what, about CDN$50? :D

Sometime this weekend I'll see if I can duplicate my OE184 card and have the duplicate work in my truck.

They usually come with mini sd cards when you buy them. I may have a few kicking around if you seriously need one sent to you.

I'm copying contents to desktop as I type this. Anything I should be aware of? Should I compress file or leave it in the folder as is and upload it raw?

Edit: is there a way to upload a folder as a whole instead of extracting contents one folder at a time? This will take me a week.. I'm a noob at this

My wife deals with computer, she'll take a looks later

My suggestion would be to use the software mentioned earlier (carbon copy) to copy the entire disk to an image.

Agreed. Stick to block level copying.
