    If you look through the Instagram overland clown squad with a critical eye you will realize that most of the aren't "using" the 35s they had someone else put on their truck. If you aren't running technical rock crawling trails or blasting through the desert at high speeds 35s are a waste of gas, money, power, steering system longevity, etc. Most people are just caught up in the offroad big dick contest without realizing it and fail to look at things objectively.

    Traction. When you deflate a tire you get a larger contact pad with a bigger tire. 35 is a bit of overkill for a Tacoma in my opinion. 33-34” tire and you can still get away with not having to smash and cut your truck to fit them
