What's the word on the new 2016 bilstien 5100's?

When will they be out and what kind of lift well they give? 2.5, 3in?

I know a lot of people are going with the ones made for 2015.

 

I just read in one of the threads here that bilstein said September/October

Would be nice to have a cheaper nice alternative to achieve 2.5-3 inches. Throw some light racing ucas and a deaver?

I was just as the 4wp show in Orlando. I spoke with the Billy rep about the 5100's.

He said the shocks are basically the same except the mounting point is a little different on the 2016. He said he personally wouldn't use the 2015 on the 2016 even though they will fit.

He also said the lift, etc will stay the same. They should be out late Sept or early Oct. I'm waiting for them myself.

Change a minor parameter and slap a new label on it ....So they can charge more
