So they just don't list it in the details of the package?

What is "premium audio"? In the past there were two options - normal and JBL. Is premium an upgrade from normal but less than JBL? Do you have a sub?

From what I know the premium audio HU has all the sofrware and connectivity features of the JBL, remote connect for example, but without the JBL audio hardware.

I don't actually had that package. I wanted it, but was gonna have to order. The dealer happened have a used 2020 with the premium package for less than the premium audio I was going to order, easy choice.

I don't know why they don't advertise it well. It's a middle ground between base and premium. It's hard to find in my area, online search showed Texas has lots of them on dealer lots.

Did anyone see the auto start feature listed anywhere? I found it through the app no problem. But the tech guy going the features never mentioned the key function. Only found out by reading the forum. Maybe I missed it on the website? Seems like something that would be front and center.

Also, I know I will lose the app function bc I'm not going to pay monthly for it. I'm assuming the key function is permanent bc it can't be turned off?

I would think and hope the fob remote start continues to work. There's a lot about the 2020 that wasn't advertised correctly, or at all. Perhaps some are errors, some are probably intentional.

The marketing folks make mistakes every year. Usually they are corrected by the time they release the ebrochure.
