I'm with you, I purchased one of their products and wasn't thrilled about the design. When I offered some constructive criticisms, I got brushed off. MT has a cult like following and you dont dare criticize them here or you'll incur the wrath of the TW fan bois.

Not worth it to warn people who won't listen anyhow, as you already learned your lesson.

No, I didn't see the point, I took them into Armorology local here and had him do TIG welds. He was doing some other work so I pulled skids and had him fix it. Basically the MIG welds suffered from porosity. He said either they didnt prep the steel, welded cold or something else happened. He pointed out that some of the welds had pin sized holes that you could actually see through.

I only noticed the welds popped when I was crawling around spray painting the skids after a trip. Maybe its normal I dont know.

Yeah but welders make 95-150hr. burning wire...doesn’t make a lot of sense to be doing secretary work at 11hr. It’s not eating profit more like giving it away.

Glad to hear. Trust that they are hard at work trying to fulfill orders and questions from people who ordered before you. They are a small business, not a cookie cutter manufacturer. Each product is hand assembled and that takes time and care.

So what your saying is... the skilled staff in this company require extremely better pay than average workers so theres not a lot left over to hire someone to answer emails?? Good point.

What he's saying is that a skilled employee shouldn't do a job that an unskilled employee should do. Pay an unskilled worker to do an unskilled job, so the skilled worker can focus on skilled work, and make more money selling that work.

There’s a few retards here, names won’t do us any good where we’re going.

We just need to enjoy what we do have. Each other.

I enjoy you, man... assuming your avatar is "you"

Sorry, I just get annoyed when people tell me to "calm down" when I'm being calm. I love this place, more than I should, but I hate how the mob mentality rules this place.
