So here I was cruizin' home from work the other day behind an '06 Dodge Ram pickumup that had a bumper sticker "Take my American Flag off your foreign Car". Well I've got an American Flag on my American assembled truck but couldn't help but laugh at his ignorance.

Mostly stock for now, I have added a cb radio, various cheap mods and I plan on adding aftermarket wheels and other items in the future.
That's funny, considering Dodge is now owned by a foreign company in Italy.

So he's white, that means he's racist? lol

He was probably giving you a dirty look back because you were giving him a dirty look? I know if someone gave me a dirty look in another car, I would give a dirty look back no matter who they were.
He's also from a much different time period and generation, and doesn't understand that all "American car companies" are 100% American made nowadays. It's just impossible, considering many components are made from all over the world. It was just a matter of time before the US turned into more of a international/national global market, due to our free capitalist system.
The same goes with cars made in other parts of the world.

To a certain extent I agree with him. But only to a certain extent!
If domestic car companies, or at least domestic car companies with "traditional sounding American names" can't make good enough cars, F them. I'll buy something that's worth It's money or closer.
And if they can start to make good enough cars again, I'll probably buy "American" again and support American products like Ford.
I'm sure you might do the same if you lived in South Korea and would want to try to support a South Korean company?

His point of view is that by buying a "foreign" car company, It may take away domestic jobs/wealth, and he see's it as not being a true proud American? I'm not sure, I guess that's how he may see it.

My grandpa is a WW2 vet and he was a Marine and he fought in the Pacific Campaign and he hates Asian made vehicles but he approves of my taco . But it wasn't necessary to play the race card.
