Yesterday I was driving to an annual camping/off-roading trip when I noticed my truck started running rough and kind of sputtering. I pulled off the interstate and noticed that a little bit of oil was splattered on the passenger side of the motor and it could feel pressurized air coming from the same side of the motor. It's a 1998 sr5 v6 with about 144k. I'm not a mechanic but I'd like to know what might be wrong with it. I appreciate any help or advice y'all can give me!
