Every time my wife leaves the house...before her front tires have left the driveway and hit the road, she's on her cell phone CALLING BACK INTO THE HOUSE!!!! EVERY FRIGGIN TIME!!!!!!!!!! CRIMINY WOMAN!!!!!!

 

call her tomorrow....be the first

 

Done that....just to block her call.

 

'cause she always forgets to tell me something. GEEEEZZZZZZ!!! It's like the act of backing out of the garage and seeing her cell phone triggers 2/3rd's of her brain cells to activate. One time she almost made it out of the subdivision before she called back to the house......maybe I should get her a NOTEPAD.

Next time she calls, put the phone up to your computer speakers and find some good soundboards.

 

turn the ringer off on your phone. That way you don't have to pick up - "honey, I didn't hear the phone ring!"

 

Take her Damn phone away and don't let her take it with her any more. A great way to Die

 

1) When she leaves out the front door, run out the back door, sneak around and wait in the bushes by the end of the driveway.

2) When you see her putting the phone to her ear jump out of the bushes and yell "Boola Boola Boola...Hummala Zimmala Hummala BOP!!" while doing a crazy tribal dance, and then throw a bucket of red paint onto her windshield and scream "MEAT IS MURDER!!!"

3) Enjoy your new found bachelorhood.

 

Keep your phone in her car at full volume.

This is a GREAT idea! But how often can you do this for. Maybe he's looking for a permanent solution, or at least something he can pull more often than once.

 

she shouldn't be on the phone while driving anyways, especially being woman and trying to back up.

I tell her this every damn day. It's the only time she can't seem to hear or hold a conversation.

 

No it doesn't. Testing with a placebo found no useful effect on improving memory function or retention.

 

3x in a row call her cell as soon as the door closes and tell her something you "forgot" that she can take care of while she's gone (pickup something from the parts store, need a new shovel at Home Depot since it's right next to the store you're going to, etc.). My wife used to call me 3-4 times back-to-back with last minute stuff she forgot until I did this... it annoyed her so badly and flustered her a bit because she was trying to do a mental sort and I kept calling her in the middle of it.

Then she figured out what I was doing because I did it 3 days in a row. She hasn't completely stopped calling me repetitively or as soon as I leave but it's greatly reduced now.
