    Today at the gym we were training chest and I did 225 for 16 reps. My body weight is 235, so I'm not sure if that is good or not. Ive never tried to do as many reps with 225 but now that I've tried I want to get it to 25 reps.

    I think it's harder then a one rep max cause it takes stamina, the first 10-12 are easy then you start to burn out!

    My last max a year or two ago was 365 on bb around 170lbs
    I go up to 240incline bb now, 187lbs 10.6% bf

    If I do db flat I'll go up to 120 and knock 6 or so out
