385 Is usually the # for me. A recent trip from Louisiana to Colorado showed lower than that after filling due to cruise set at 75 mph and rpm's running over 3k for miles at a time..

My 2017 displayed 385 when full, my 2020 is 345. They both get the same MPG. I bet a bunch of knuckleheads complained to Toyota that they weren't getting the stated miles to empty so Toyota lowered it. Probably all guys named Chad :)

Also like using this when I have to drive my work truck I now find it inconvenient to have to look on a gauge instead of seeing it in big numbers. God damn technology.

With the stock tires it used to be 390-415.
While driving the mpg has shown 18-23 depending and I took a pic when it showed 32 mpg.....do it’s obviously full of shit.
Log it yourself and you’ll get a more accurate number.

With the cooper 255/85/16 it’ll show 360ish and 18 mph burn I’m sure that’s bullshit too.

396 consistently. Haven’t filled the tank or moved the truck in more than 6 weeks. Yesterday, when I Went to fill the tank, I opened the fuel door, and about a dozen or more WASPS came flying out. Wasps had built a nest connected to the inside of the door. I didn’t get stung, but what a surprise. The paper like nest nearly covered the inside of the fuel door.

Mine was saying around 260 after a fill up from empty for the last 7 or 8 tank fulls but I use the trip meter to keep track and I get about 360 before the light comes on. So my distance to empty is usally about a 100 miles off. I do get about 60 to 80 miles more from a tank with my terd gen then i did with my 2nd gen with the 4.0 same size tanks. Man do I miss that second gen.....

How much do you idle? I used to nap at work in a container but since summer started I started napping in my truck during lunch. And I’ve seen my distance to empty down from 305-315 when I got my truck in fall of 2019 to 285 today.

Those naps and also more truck dates since the Rona have lowered that number. I don’t even wanna see what I get once I do lift, wheels, tires.
