That looks more like abuse than wear.

I've seen police trade in's that were shot a little and carried a lot that looked better.

I've owned it since it was new, and it's never seen anything I would consider abuse. Been carried, and fired a lot.

Just noticed it was a Bersa, that explains the finish.

Yea, Bersa's aren't known for their finish. They are known for working...every time...forever.

The new finishes are pretty tough compared to a few years ago.

Then again we live in a time where people pay to get a Distressed finish applied to their weapon.

Rock a HK P7 PSP for my EDC.

If carrying a .357 snub is out of the question then this is the one I carry.
Kimber name but made in Switzerland with 100 MPH projected two shot pepper spray. Been carrying this for several years and I have gifted to all the women in my life. Makes a great Christmas present.
Just don't let lower intelligence people pick it up thinking it is a toy. Makes an 7' diameter etched pattern on a wall as well as peeling off the paint on your wall mounted TV.
I've had security press their wand right up against it and it never even signaled.
Yes and don't bring it to a gun fight either but it is much better than nothing and it will never trigger an alarm other than maybe a print in your front pocket. ;)

Nice. I went with the reloadable pepper spray gun. Only practiced with water so far.

Never gave pepper spray much thought.

I got sprayed when I was a kid, and that shit set my eyes on fire for a while. That was many years ago. Bet the stuff they have now days is a lot better.

The one I quoted from rob is a one time use gun made by Kimber. Basically stick your finger through the white "safety" and pull. I dont have 1st hand experience so I could be wrong.
I got the reloadable mace gun.

I personally can't carry CCW while on work property so I'm working on non lethal. Also before the pandemic I was looking at stuff I could carry in NJ/NY/DC.

Might be of interest. Antique self defense weapon lol marked 1938 Republic steel, mill union club. Basically a rubber hose full of lead or something.

Mostly correct, two shots but not refillable. Two pulls of the trigger. First pull empties the lower charge, second pull empties the upper.
I believe this one is made for Kimber in Switzerland. Military grade defensive device. There is a warning about permanently blinding a recipient of the pepper blast at close range due to the high velocity. Supposed to defeat glasses (but not umbrellas, LOL). Not to be played with anyway.

Today I felt the needs for boots and Stetson. This comes over me from time to time when I'm feeling born in the wrong century.

That sounds really badass im going to look into getting one. Any ideas if it's safe to leave pepper spray or your kimber one in a vehicle on hot/cold days? I can't bring it into work so I'd have to leave it outside. Im also looking into picking up a taser pulse but again I'm not sure if that can sit in a vehicle without problems.

I had a situation recently after leaving work that reminded me I need to get my gear squared away.

I have one in my truck year round. That is in brutally hot/humid central Florida. I replace it every two to three years due to my paranoia about the heat and that they also have an expiration date for optimal use. Great time to practice with the expired ones.
