What's Your Favorite 3rd Gen Color?

When I went to the dealer I wanted the gray. Then I saw the Quicksand in the brochure. My first impression was who the hell would want that. The more I looked at it, I kind of liked it, so I asked to see one. My truck was supposed to be delivered to Ames, IA and they had it diverted to my dealership. I had kind of talked myself out of it and back to the gray. Then I saw it in person and I realized that I was who in the hell would want that. Bought it on saturday and had it in some mud Saturday and Sunday.
As a side note. It is the perfect color. When the mud dried you couldn't see it on the truck at all other than instead of shiny and glossy it was flat quicksand color!!

Of course if you live in OK, then you'll want a red truck for that!!

 

MGM gets my vote! Toss between white and it decided to switch up this time. Getting built this Friday!

 

Torn between magnetic grey metallic and black. After that Silver and White are solid choices IMO.

 

Had to get the inferno. we like something different than the everyday ordanary hohum colors. sold my beloved Comp yellow miata and baught an iferno tacoma.

 

Appears to be a comment from an immature and insecure person who attempts to make himself feel better than others but putting down other's possessions. But I'm sure you're a lovely person and this was just a bad moment for you.

 

I'm partial to black, of course. No color can come close to the reflective shine and the deepness of black. However, if I was not allowed to vote for my own color, I'd go Barcelona Red second and Blazing Blue third. As you can tell, I'm not fond of low-reflective colors.

Never got why folks think red is a "cop magnet". I have been a cop for over 25 years. Color of vehicle has never been a factor why I stop a car. Drunken stupidity yes!

 

Inferno #1 ... only OR on the lot and the color grew fast on me. Now I love it. If only the damn Clemson fans would quit asking me if I'm a fan. No I'm not.

What about a gold tooth and wearing a hat sideways? That would surely rotate the radar.

I had a red Ram 2500 for 5 years and never got pulled over once. But I don't have a gold tooth or wear hats sideways.

 

Hate Inferno on the Tundra. I need to see it on a Taco in person but I've yet to see any in our city.

 

You know, I agree. I don't like it on Tundra's, but I've seen 2 Tacoma's in Inferno, and I kind of liked them. Not sure if I'd be brave enough to have that color though. And I'm a guy that likes true reds, like the radiant red on Tundra's.

 

Can't believe there's not more love for Barcelona red.

I would choose inferno if it actually looked like the pictures...... I have only seen one or two pictures on the internet that actually look like the color in person. After seeing it in person I really didn't like it at all. I would have been pissed if I would have ordered one based on the pictures, expecting a vibrant red/orange.
