    Once a week, I eat one meal of whatever my wife or I crave..

    My favorite is a cheeseburger, sweet potato (or fries) followed up with a pint of B&J ice-cream, and usually a big bowl of sludge (protein powder, kids cereals, Greek yogurt, etc) and maybe some pop tarts:cool:

    for me that is an omlette. i like to do maybe an avocado omlette next to a great salad for dinner sometimes. easy fast, good.
