What's your favorite modification on your Gen 3?

My favorite mod so far is the front camera.

 

Orangevirus Tune 1.02C is by far the best mod to date and I've done a ton of modding!

 

I would use muscles to carry them out to the truck then drive to the local upholstery shop and have them put those fine leather seat covers on if I could afford them.

 

Remote reservoir rear shocks cause they look cool

 

Is there a diy for this ?

 

Yup, I didn’t do a formal write up on my install but I did post some information in a post titled “Throwing Codes”, others smarter than me have posted their schematics and you can find them by searching under camera in the search function.

 

For me, it's easily the cheap and easy "ECT always-on" mod

But I haven't seen anything on exhausts and only one intake? Whats everyone's preferences on them?

 

^ had a Mbrp exhaust and hated it.

My fave mod so far is Baja design fog lights.

 

I had to immediately Install a Pedal Commander ( sport 3 setting) and a K&N Cold Air Intake.... now i feel as though there is a close to " mechanical " or realistic throttle Response in the MT ..... stock felt like i have a 3 second Lag and Very Delayed Power Curve.

 

Most useful for DD: weathertech mats
Most money saved in repairs: sliders/skids

 

If I had to guess I'd say the most popular is the TRD Pro exhaust.

How is the K&N noise level wise?

 

I had the k&n and it was deafening but it definitely helped with throttle response and power adding 17hp my wheels would light up but it was too loud for me then I got the trd intake perfect sound above 4.5 rpm not as much power increase as k&n but I love it.
I love all my mods,
but favorite mod is wheels and tires.

Its a cross between the Clazzios and the wheels; the Clazzios really dress up the interior where I spend most of my time, the wheels make the truck look great.

 

There is an increase for sure.... but one that puts a smile on your face when passing

 

Just Pulled the Trigger on those Sema Wheels......looking amazing!

 

Hmmmm, favorite mod has to be the Bro grill. Everything else are side effects of the mod bug.
