I have a Craftsman mechanic's tool set that I got for my 16th birthday (when I started driving). It has worked on every vehicle I've ever owned.

    RIP Lucy.
    She's gone but not forgotten.
My favorite "tool" would have to be my 14 year old daughter. I can ask her to go get anything I want so I don't have to crawl out from under the truck, and she knows what it is. When she was around 4 she had a speech thing where she mis-pronounced a lot of common words, so we hired a speech tutor. This woman tried to hand her a plastic (toy) wrench and said "ok say screwdriver". My 4 year old looked her straight in the eye and said "that's a wrench, stupid". I was so proud.

Well I've only used three so far so I guess 14mm, 10mm sockets and a filter wrench.

Torx screwdriver to keep tightening my driver-side mirror every few weeks. That damn thing won't stay tight! Someone must have hit it in a parking lot. About 6 months ago, it started this trend of loosening up. So now I carry a small flathead & the torx in my truck. Small flathead is for removing the cover under the mirror to get to the torx screws.

Other tool not for the truck would have to be my bosch SAWZ-ALL.
