Here's my pride and joy. Predator MX decked out for fishing, I do mostly saltwater fishing. It has 6 rod holders, cooler, fish finder, cutting board, and tackle box all go with me. As for transporting I have a 72 inch rack I'm in the process of installing on my shell but before the truck I had a roof rack with J-cradles on my little golf.

Pretty simple haul. just slide it in and strap it down using OEM hooks.
I have carried as many as 3. just tilted them at about 45 degree angle. No pics of the 3 at a time

That sucks ! Sorry to hear. I actually enjoy rowing in the rain and at times the snow.

It’s a rod vault from Denver Outfitters... Waited forever for it, but have been pretty happy with it since!

It has been a while since you posted this, but can you PLEASE elaborate on your set up? Which rack, and do the Yakima pieces mount directly to it, or did you have to customize the mounting? If you could snap some close up photos of the Yakima stuff mounted, that would be awesome.

The one thing I screwed up while doing my research on the Tacoma was missing the fact that it does not have stake pockets. I had a really nice rack on my Colorado that I had to sell, and now I'm struggling to find a decent way to haul our 14' and 16' open water kayaks. Gotta have my LoPro tonneau cover closed while at the same time carrying the boats.

Any additional info. on your set up will be much appreciated.

Here's the current setup. I have a Decked storage system installed. I bought the Yakima Long Arm as I was in a pinch and needed to pickup the Yak from a Craigslist seller. It works but I hate not having use of my bed.

I'll post again in 6-8 weeks once my Prinsu racks arrive and are installed, lol. I haven't seen any pics of the Prinsu holding a Hobie PA. I do worry the Taco will feel top heavy with a PA up top. With a load extender I don't really notice it back there other than the Taco's shitty suspension. Also backing up is a pain!

It is a frontrunner rack and I had to cut the saddles so they could directly bolt to the rack.
