Hey guys, I have an 08, 4 door long bed Tacoma. I just recently purchased her and I want to see if my MPG is close to what other Tacomas are getting but I don't want any comparisons to 2WD tacos or the 4 cylinder trucks.

I have checked my mileage and I got 14-15 mpg. I drive mostly city with some highway miles.

So if you have a 4WD Tacoma, what kind of MPG are you getting?

2013 TRD OR v6 auto 4x4 bone stock... bought it beginning of nov new with 15 mi on it... got close to 2900mi on it now Gas mileage has been going steadily up as everything frees up. And gas milage improved a decent amount after alot of mobbing / 4x4 use in the snow which probably freed up the tcase front diff and cv's.

Also drive under 70 mph and you will get much better than 75

but city im 16-17 hwy 19-22

14-15 seems a bit low. More info about your truck will help.

I get like 13 in the winter... 16-17 in the summer. I'm boosted on 33s though so that certainly isn't helping my cause. Before my lift and all the stuff that comes with it I used to get about 16-17 in the winter and I would dance around 19 in the summer.

14-15 seems right for mostly city driving.

13.7 this last fill up. I keep my fill ups in a notebook and have noticed the trend around mid November that my mileage was going down. In warm weather I get around 17. I do mostly short trips, which isn't great for mileage.

20.5 hwy on summer blend and 19.5 winter. This is at 65 to 70 mph. I did not realize how bad the winter gas here was until I talked to some boat mechanics.

    16.7 hwy
    13 - 15 off road..

10? Your truck got issues. I averaged 21 highway and 18 city before my lift, with 3" lift, 2" bigger tires, and a roof rack I average 17.5 hwy/city driving.
