    14-15 mpg city

Front bumper with winch, rear bumper with swingout, skids, sliders, 265/75, and my fat ass.

Yes, I understand it is called a highway...
BUT, if there are frequent signals (stop and go driving) as you said, then that falls under the mileage figures for CITY driving.
I don't live and drive in a city, but the residential area I am working in has signals and 4-way stop signs. So, my mileage figures in that kind of driving = CITY.
When on a long-distance trip, on the freeway, or just a country road where you drive 20 or more miles without a stop... and all those types of miles... THAT is what HIGHWAY driving mileage comes from.

Same gas station, same pump 90% of the time.

I get about 16-18 mpg. Like someone said, if you have bigger tires, it is going to throw off the mpg calculations. I actually have a spreadsheet that I use that takes account of my 285/75/16 tires. If I am hyperdriving, I can get almost 19, but that is about it.

Not quite the same set up, but I would be stoked on 15 mpg. I'm getting 13 combined highway and city. Most of my driving is highway

12-13 mpg. Never changes whether its empty or has 500 lbs in the bed, city or highway. I start getting nervous about finding a gas station when the trip odo nears 150. This was lower than I was expecting when I got the truck (used, with some of the aftermarket gear installed), but then it was my first truck so I didn't really have realistic expectations. And anyways gas is cheap in Texas.

    -3 in lift
-265/75 R16 Mickey Thompson mud terrains
-extra weight: skids, sliders, ARB bumper, winch, extra battery

I think you're missing the point. I'm not sure why you're so stuck on this, but have fun with whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.

2014 Base 4-banger, manual, 3" lift, 4.88s with lots of heavy stuff (bumpers, expo rack, rock rails, etc.) and 245/75s... 15-16 mpg. I drive just under 150 miles per day, so my mpg's are--ahem!--well-established. :)

What kind of revs do you turn on the highway at about 75mph with the 4.88s?

I gave up paying attention. It's horrible. Oh well. My Fuelly stats below are not accurate for my truck. The stats for the bike are accurate...it's also my daily driver so it's more relevant.
The last I checked my mpgs between the bike and the truck were about 35mpg.

Well, maybe one of us is. Highway mileage is cruising along driving and not stop and go driving (that is City driving).
