As easy as going up to Shooters and picking one off the shelf. They are really easy to get ahold of. Now its not going to be original one that was made in russia but it is a modern day one made from the original design. Now the older ones are still pretty easy to get ahold of just you find them in all different kinds of conditions.

Now thats pretty hard to find. 90% of the ones you find now are semi. Full autos take a lot of paper work and you have to have a class 3 to own it. I am just getting a semi.

People get AK's because they are cheaper than AR15's and some say they are more reliable. Ammo is cheaper too. I've never met anyone with a full auto though.

What a coincidence, I just found out you can buy a Semiauto AK in cali, figured I would ask the guys here which companies make a good one, and look what you guys are talking about. So yeah, which manufacturer makes a good AK nowadays?

I've been thinking about getting rid of mine, haven't decided yet. I built it from a romy g kit. If you ever come up to the bay area I might be interested in selling it.

Otherwise I would suggest a Saiga.

Yeah, Krebs is tghe high end, Century is the low end. The best deal for the $$ right now is the Saiga - you can get one unconverted for cheap, convert it yourself or buy one from a company like Arsenal inc.

I am planning on getting a S&W M&P.40 VTAC soon, and I may go ahead and pick up a Mossin Nagant. They are only about $120-$150, and a blast to shoot.

a AR either stag model 1 or a palmetto state m4. then keltec pf9 for conceald carry, then a 308 or 30-30 hunting rifle, and then probly a 357 magnum dbl action revolver. but all this will be along time from now i still have to save for a couple more months for my AR. just have to get it before obama gets elected again and put a ban on assault rifles and make USA like California lol
