I used to have ramen for lunch 2 or 3 days a week, 2 packages because I'm either a fatass or I'm just a big dude.. you judge.

I would put Texas Pete Hot Sauce in with the pot of water and cook the noodles in it, mixing half of each flavor packet so I don't mummify myself with sodiyum. Always use 2 different flavors! I loved shrimp and oriental, the creamy chicken flavor was good too.

Hot sauce in the water, cook, drain (I like to drain it fully and have pasta instead of soup..), eat. On some days I would let it cool to the point where the noodles all stick together and become one mass. Then I'd use the fork to cut pieces off. It was delicious.

    Don't forget the Coors.

I've never had banh mi. One day..

One of the most memorable things I've eaten came from a gas station in Albuquerque, NM. It was a locally made microwaveable type burrito of sorts with the best damn hot green chiles I've ever had, ever. I think it was just cheese and rice and green chiles, TBH I don't really remember the whole food item so much. The green chiles though, I will never forget it. I think I paid $3 for it and 6 or 7 years later I'm typing this post.

    So good.

I wish I paid attention when I bought it instead of walking into a gas station and randomly buying food. I didn't pay it a second thought until I took a bite, and I was 10 minutes down the road at that point. It was so killer.

I tried to make mac-n-cheese with a package of ramen and a crunched up lunch size bag of cheetos. I crunched the cheetos to a powder and added it the the noodles with a pat of butter... it was everything I had in my room at the time.... it was a mac-n-cheese fail.

It sucked. Seemed like three good things added together would make one better thing. I was wrong.

My poor meal will be one of two breakfasts:
hashbrowns (1 big shredded potato), toast, 2 eggs, coffee. about $1.25?

    or

Amaranth and a banana orange or apple. It's like oatmeal but delicious. maybe 80 cents?

I had one of those Sunday morning for breakfast with a pair of eggs. 2 per package, I think it's $2.99 for a pack. Delicious.

Chicken. It's cheap per pound in comparison with other meats and I don't usually get sick of it. I usually just cut it up and fry it with some seasoning.
