Are these equal in quality or is one better then the other?

I'd specifically recommend the Husky X-Act Contours. They are flexible and easy to take in and out, yet still very durable.

I don't like the fit of my WeatherTech Floorliners. I have gaps. I thought they would relax over time to fit better.
    It's been a year.
    Will try HuskyLiner this year.

I just bought my Tacoma and went with the Toyota "bucket mats" supplied by the dealer because at $167Cdn ($125US) they didn't seem to be that much more $ than after market mats. Did I make a mistake?

Been using and liking Weathertechs for years in all of my vehicles.
Definitely not sliding around on mine. lol

I voted for WT's only because I've been totally satisfied with them in four different vehicles, not because I've owned Husky's and found them inferior. (Because I haven't...)

My Truck came with (for an extra charge) Tacoma "floor liners". Not sure what "bucket mats" are, but the OEM "floor liners" were garbage.

I have weathertechs, they are slippery when I get in from the rain. I also have permanent stains on them from mud. I have cleaned them with soap and other chemicals, no luck still stained from the mud!

If you haven't already, shoot them with a pressure washer, a good one. Ten years in, I haven't had a stain that didn't wash out with a quick 3,300 psi wash. Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, lots of nasty mud, heavy clays, etc.

I had WT in my previous vehicle and was unimpressed. They didn't fit exactly, are hard and slippery, and move on the carpet.

Husky XAct are superior! Fit is dialed, softer material doesn't slide on the carpet and is not slippery.

I vote Husky... I have both WT in a taco and Husky in the tundra. The husky fit better. Both are great products and do their job. I know WT is USA, not sure on Husky. I also added Cover King neosupreme seat covers from Costco. Between those two everything is protected well.
