Use a different dealer...... that's sounds crazy to go through that many for a 2015. Any mods done to your truck, stock suspension?

That's very unusual but toyota quality control isn't what it used to be. I'd suggest a different dealer if still under warranty.

I'd suggest something else is wrong with the front end. The odds of 3 bearing packs being bad is pretty low, unless either a) they are assembled wrong or b) they are collateral damage from another issue.

Toyotas quality may not be what it used to be as you say, but way better than the big 3. I recently talked to a manufacturing engineer for a local suspension company, and he said that his factory couldn't hold the tolerances Toyota demanded. To get Toyotas business, they would have to retool the entire plant.

In 2002, I worked for Timken and we produced the front wheel bearings for the Tacoma. The quality control was on par with Mercedes Benz. I won't comment on the big 3.

    Thanks, I'll take my Toyota.

I'd inquire who's installing them, I always ask or specify who my mechanic is. I know who the senior guys are at the dealer.

Don't get me wrong, I come from a Toyota family. I love Toyota, always have had Toyota/Lexus and will continue to do so. My comment regarding quality control applies to the last 10 years and how Toyota isn't what it used to be and therefore a few bad wheel bearings, isn't too far fetched. Also, Timken made great products but they too are not what they used to be.

Assembly issue. Take it to another dealer if possible. Explain to them why you are changing dealers and that you are giving them an opportunity to earn your business.

I believe all Timken product is now made in India, they closed the plant I worked at, St Thomas Ontario, their massive complex where the started out, and closed the Australia locations to.
