I had to wait 2 days and put about 120 miles on mine after doing the same lift and I run soft Michelin Xice snow tires at the moment and my tires were fine. Although I saw the same off camber look with the top of the tires out, the wheel alignment showed that it was not out by a huge amount.

I drove around for 5ish days and maybe 50 miles before I had it done. I couldn't see any unusual tire wear.

Yep, alot of people drive around lifted for a couple of weeks to make sure everything settle down before alignment. You won't hurt anything.
