Would high speed shaking be due to alignment? I would think wheel balancing.

Shaking would be a wheel/tire issue, but that alignment looks fine.

How would I find out which tire it is?

Check for a bent wheel, separated tire, or just an old fashion wheel balance. Also, check for worn out front end parts, loose wheel bearings, loose wheel lug nuts. This will give you a start.

The front end part of the alignment looks pretty good, but the rear numbers do not. Did they check your tire pressures before they did the alignment? It looks like one side of the axle is slightly ahead of the other when you've got a full quarter of a degree differential in rear toe from left to right when the rear toe should essentially be zero or very close to it.
